873 So. 2d 1292; 2004 Fla. App. LEXIS 7984; 2004 WL 1237191 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Corporate Family Solutions, Inc. v. Pinellas County Licensing for Children Centers & Family Day Care Homes

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Upon consideration of the appellant’s response to the Court’s order of March 23, 2004, the Court has determined that the order on appeal is not a final order because it does not bring the adjudicative process to a close. See Hill v. Division of Retirement, 687 So.2d 1376, 1377 (Fla. 1st DCA 1997). Accordingly, the appeal is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.

KAHN, WEBSTER and BROWNING, JJ., concur.
