Upon consideration of the appellant’s response to the Court’s order of March 26, 2004, the Court has determined that the notice of appeal was not timely filed. See Wagner v. Bieley, Wagner & Assocs., Inc., 263 So.2d 1 (Fla. 1972). Accordingly, the appeal is hereby dismissed for lack of ju*1282risdiction. All pending motions are denied as moot.
