Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Based on the Unemployment Appeal Commission’s proper concession, the order dismissing Marrero’s appeal as untimely is reversed. This cause is hereby remanded for a new hearing as the recording of the prior hearing has been purged.

Reversed and remanded.
