PER CURIAM.

Appellant’s amended notice of appeal states that he seeks review of a trial court order rendered on September 23, 2002. Because his original notice of appeal was not filed until November 26, 2002, this appeal is untimely. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.

APPEAL DISMISSED.
