Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We reverse the trial; court’s order setting aside the jury’s verdict. See Whitt v. Silverman, 788 So.2d 210 (Fla. 2001). We remand with instructions to re-instate the jury’s verdict.

Reversed and remanded with instructions.
