ORDERED that Appellant’s MOTION TO WITHDRAW PCA, filed September 1, 2004, is granted. Accordingly, the August 31, 2004, Decision of this Court is vacated and withdrawn. Moreover, the supplemental record filed September 9, 2004, is accepted and Appellant is granted to and including October 6, 2004, to file any pro se brief in this cause.
