PER CURIAM.

The petition is granted and Armard R. Lovett is hereby granted a belated appeal from the order denying postconviction relief in Jackson County case numbers 00-639-CF, 00-651-CF, and 03-58-CF. Upon issuance of mandate in this cause, a copy of this opinion shall be provided to the clerk of the lower tribunal who shall *1163treat it as a timely notice of appeal. Fla. R.App. P. 9.141(c)(5)(D).
