PER CURIAM.

The order striking the petition for benefits as insufficient for failure to include a social security number is reversed on the authority of Cagnoli v. Tandem Staffing, 888 So.2d 79 (Fla. 1st DCA 2004). The *476case is remanded to the Judge of Compensation Claims for further proceedings.

REVERSED and REMANDED.
