PER CURIAM.

The summary final judgment in favor of the defendant lessors on the plaintiff lessee’s single count complaint alleging negligence is affirmed on the authority of Mansur v. Eubanks, 401 So.2d 1328 (Fla. 1981).

AFFIRMED.
