PER CURIAM.

We deny the petition for writ of certio-rari. The trial court has made no ruling regarding the admissibility at trial of the settlement agreements reached among the petitioners/defendants, Maya Dedhia and Seema Dedhia, and others who are no longer parties to the action below. Consequently, no departure from the essential requirements of law has been demonstrated.
