Upon consideration of the appellee’s motion to dismiss, filed on September 27, 2005, as well as the appellant’s response thereto, the motion is hereby granted. The appeal is dismissed. See Brown v. Campion, 757 So.2d 535 (Fla. 1st DCA 2000).
