In accordance with the May 27, 2005, Mandate and instructions of the Florida Supreme Court by Opinion filed March 17, 2005, it is
ORDERED that the previous mandate and opinion of this Court rendered in this cause are withdrawn. Moreover, the November 18, 2002, order of the Volusia County Circuit Court denying post-conviction relief is Reversed and the cause is remanded for further proceedings consistent with the Opinion of the Supreme Court.
