PER CURIAM.

Upon consideration of respondent’s concession of error, the final order of the circuit court is quashed and the cause is remanded for consideration of the re*131sponse filed by petitioner before the circuit court rules on the merits of the petition filed below. See Bard v. Wolson, 687 So.2d 254 (Fla. 1st DCA 1996).
