PER CURIAM.

Upon consideration of the appellant’s response to the Court’s order of November 10, 2005, the Court has determined that the notice of appeal was not timely filed, and therefore failed to invoke the Court’s jurisdiction. See Fla. R.App. P. 9.110(b). *166Accordingly, the appeal is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
