Pursuant to confession of error by ap-pellee, Florida Insurance Guaranty Association, in light of the Florida Supreme Court’s decision in Travelers Indemnity Co. v. PCR, Inc., 889 So.2d 779 (Fla. 2004), *719we reverse the final summary judgment entered in favor of appellee and remand this case to the trial court for entry of judgment in favor of appellant.

Reversed and Remanded. •
