Ellis v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Roderick Ellis has appealed his conviction for second degree murder with a *455deadly weapon. After giving the police interrogator four or five (inconsistent) explanations as to why he shot and killed Tommy Collins (“Sam”), his final story was one of self-defense.

We have reviewed the record and conclude that any errors the trial court may have made are harmless error beyond a reasonable doubt.

Affirmed.
