Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

In case numbers 4D04-1427 and 4D04-4175,1 this court reversed the judgment in favor of U.S. Security Company. We therefore dismiss as moot this appeal of the denial of its motion for attorney’s fees under the offer of judgment statute.
