Tubbs v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The petition for writ of mandamus is granted. The trial court is directed to rule on petitioner’s pending petition for writ of habeas corpus. We withhold issuance of the writ, being confident that the trial court will rule forthwith on the pending *1217petition and will take such further action as required in a timely manner.
