ON MOTION FOR ATTORNEY’S FEES

PER CURIAM.

Upon review of the attorney’s fees motion filed by appellee, International Real Estate Group, Inc., this court provisionally grants the motion and remands this matter to the trial court for a determination of whether appellee is entitled to recover its appellate attorney’s fees pursuant to Flori*260da’s offer of judgment statute, section 768.79 of the Florida Statutes (2005).

MOTION GRANTED.
