Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We reverse the order dismissing the complaint and remand to the circuit court for appellant to have a chance to amend her complaint, so that she has an opportunity to demonstrate that the causes of action alleged fall outside of the presuit *660screening requirements of section 766.106, Florida Statutes (2005).
