Inmon v. State, Florida Parole Commission

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal from an order denying a petition for writ of mandamus and denying a motion contesting the lien imposed on appellant’s prison account. We affirm without discussion the denial of the petition for writ of mandamus, but reverse the order imposing the lien. See Schmidt v. Crusoe, 878 So.2d 361 (Fla. 2003); Banks v. *815McDonough, 943 So.2d 851 (Fla. 1st DCA 2006).

ALLEN and WOLF, JJ., ERVIN, III, RICHARD W., Senior Judge, concur.
