Appellee’s motion to strike third amended initial brief is granted. As pro se appellant failed to respond to this court’s show cause order, this appeal is hereby dismissed. Appellant’s third amended initial brief still references materials stricken from a previously submitted appendix and *1072does not contain a citation to the record for each and every asserted fact as directed by this court.
