P.R. v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

P.R., a juvenile, seeks to reverse an adjudication of delinquency and probation for trespass. We reverse. The State *488failed to present sufficient evidence that P.R. committed trespass or any conduct that could support a finding of delinquency. We therefore reverse P.R.’s adjudication of delinquency and remand with instructions to dismiss the case and discharge him.

Reversed and remanded with instructions.
