Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

In this case before us, Appellant filed his notice of appeal more than 30 days after rendition of the lower court’s order; therefore, this court is without appellate jurisdiction. See Fla. R.App. P. 9.110(b). Accordingly, we dismiss his appeal for lack of jurisdiction.

DISMISSED.
