Opinion of the Court
We find that the hearing officer’s findings of fact are supported by competent, substantial evidence and that her conclusions of law are consistent with the statutes and administrative rules applicable to penalties for failure to comply with Florida’s Food Stamp Employment and Training work requirements. The final order is therefore AFFIRMED.
