CONFESSION OF ERROR

PER CURIAM.

Pursuant to the Appellee’s confession of error and the parties’ joint stipulation, the trial court’s “Order to Pick-Up Minor Children” and transfer of venue to Arkansas is reversed and this cause is remanded for further proceedings.

REVERSED and REMANDED.

ORFINGER, MONACO, and EVANDER, JJ., concur.
