We reverse and remand this cause to the trial court with directions to enter a written Order of Drug Offender Probation for one year with the special conditions of six months in-patient treatment, six months out-patient treatment, and payment of drug testing fees, consistent with the trial court’s oral pronouncement at sentencing.

Reversed and Remanded.
