Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided October 26, 2007 · Lawson, Pleus, Rainwater

Cruz v. Coughlin

Opinion of the Court

RAINWATER, T., Associate Judge.

The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of the defendant landlord on the issue of his knowledge of a supposedly vicious dog’s presence on the premises. Since the landlord established that there are no disputed issues of material fact and that he is entitled to judgment as a matter of law, the trial court was correct in granting the landlord’s motion for summary judgment.

AFFIRMED.

PLEUS and LAWSON, JJ., concur.
