Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Petitioner, Kenneth L. Grimsley, seeks a writ of mandamus, claiming that Respondent, the Clerk of Circuit Court, Marion County, Florida, has failed to consider his public records request. We grant the petition, and direct Respondent to treat the public records request as a request for judicial branch records pursuant to Florida Rule of Judicial Administration 2.420, and immediately respond to said request.

PETITION GRANTED.
