Affirmed, -without prejudice to appellant’s right to refile a motion to correct illegal sentence under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a) which shows where in the record information can be located to show that he is entitled to additional jail credit for time served prior to his September 15, 2005 sentencing. Toro v. State, 719 So.2d 947 (Fla. 4th DCA 1998).
