LEVIN, STEVEN J., Associate Judge.

The court hereby affirms the appeal and cross-appeal with the exception that the matter is remanded to the trial court to modify the final written judgment to include the $150,700 as a marital asset as the trial court specifically stated in its oral pronouncement and then equitably distribute the total marital estate.

Affirmed.
