April Mist Ass'n v. Forever April Ass'n

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The trial court entered an order granting appellee’s motion for temporary injune-tive relief without specifying reasons for its entry, as required by Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.610(c). We reverse and remand to the trial court to correct the order’s technical deficiencies. We find no abuse of discretion in the amount of the bond set by the trial court.

Reversed and Remanded.

STONE, STEVENSON and TAYLOR, JJ., concur.
