PER CURIAM.

Affirmed. See State v. Ginebra, 511 So.2d 960 (Fla. 1987).1

. Although Ginebra was superseded in part by the 1989 amendment to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.172(c)(8), the case still governs pleas entered pre-1989. See State v. Haddad, 950 So.2d 434, 437 (Fla. 1st DCA 2007).
