Leticia Mera, defendant below in a foreclosure action, appeals a final summary judgment in favor of EMC Mortgage Corporation. In lieu of an answer brief, EMC has filed a proper concession of error and joins with Mera in asking this court to reverse the final summary judgment and remand for further proceedings.

Reversed and remanded.
