This is an appeal from a non-final order appointing a receiver of real property upon the application of a mortgagee, the appel-lee, as provided by the terms of the mortgage. See Carolina Portland Cement Co. v. Baumgartner, 99 Fla. 987, 128 So. 241 (1980). We find no abuse of discretion. See Puma Enterprises Corp. v. Vitale, 566 So.2d 1343 (Fla. 3d DCA 1990); Interdevco, Inc. v. Brickellbanc Sav. Ass’n, 524 So.2d 1087 (Fla. 3d DCA 1988).
