Mosley v. Department of Revenue
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided May 20, 2009 · Gross, Taylor
8 So. 3d 505; 2009 Fla. App. LEXIS 5420; 2009 WL 1393512 (Southern Reporter, Third Series)

Mosley v. Department of Revenue

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The respondent appeals a Final Administrative Support Order determining child support. His notice of appeal indicated that the order was entered ex parte and without notice. The Department of Revenue has confessed error. We therefore summarily reverse and remand the case to the lower tribunal for a properly noticed administrative hearing.

Reversed, and Remanded.

GROSS, C.J., TAYLOR and MAY, JJ., concur.
