Because Claimant conceded at the hearing before the Judge of Compensation Claims that all benefits had been paid under an April 28, 2000, date of accident, and that it would be appropriate to award all benefits under that date of accident, we strike the references to an August 1, 2005, compensable accident from the final order. In all other respects, the final order is AFFIRMED.
