Sedgwick CMS v. Department of Financial Services, Division of Workers' Compensation

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Because the agency has issued an amended final order in the proceedings below, the petition for writ of mandamus is denied as moot. The agency’s order constitutes a final disposition of the proceedings below, and petitioner’s complaints concerning the adequacy and correctness of that order are matters properly addressed on plenary appeal.

BENTON, C.J., VAN NORTWICK and ROBERTS, JJ., concur.
