PER CURIAM.

The petition is granted and Roosevelt Carroll, Jr., is hereby afforded belated appeal from the order of the Circuit Court for Bradford County denying postconviction relief in that court’s case number 2002-CF-319-A. Upon issuance of mandate in this cause, a copy of this opinion will be provided to the clerk of the circuit *1093court who shall treat it as a notice of appeal. Fla. R.App. P. 9.141(c)(5)(D).
