Peaden v. Island Breeze, LLC
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided March 2, 2011 · Roberts, Webster, Wolf
58 So. 3d 309; 2011 Fla. App. LEXIS 2640; 2011 WL 714351 (Southern Reporter, Third Series)

Peaden v. Island Breeze, LLC

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We conclude that we lack jurisdiction to consider appellants’ contention that the trial court should have ruled on appellants’ motion to dismiss the complaint in inter-pleader filed by appellee Destín Land and Title, Inc. We conclude further, that appellants’ remaining issues are devoid of merit and, accordingly, affirm as to them.

DISMISSED IN PART and AFFIRMED IN PART.

WOLF, WEBSTER, and ROBERTS, JJ., concur.
