PER CURIAM.

Petitioner is hereby granted a belated appeal of the November 16, 2010, order which denied a motion filed pursuant to rule 3.800(a), Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure, in Walton County Circuit Court case number 07-CF-000914. Upon issuance of mandate in this cause, a copy of this opinion shall be provided to the clerk of the circuit court for treatment as the notice of appeal. Fla. RApp. P. 9.141(c)(5)(D).
