Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Upon consideration of the appellant’s response to the Court’s order of June 24, 2011, as well as the record on appeal, the appeal is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. The dismissal is without prejudice to seek review after a final order disposing of the appellant’s Petition for Writ of Mandamus has been rendered. All pending motions are denied.
