PER CURIAM.

Pursuant to the parties’ agreed motion to reverse and remand for new trial due to lack of transcript and inability to reconstruct the record, we reverse and remand. *1293See Jackson v. State, 984 So.2d 668, 669 (Fla. 4th DCA 2008).

Reversed and Remanded.
