ON CONCESSION OF ERROR

PER CURIAM.

Pursuant to the concession of error filed by appellees, William and Annette Sturdi-vant, we reverse the final judgment entered against Florida Insurance Guaranty Association (FIGA) for attorney’s fees and costs, and remand for entry of a judgment in FIGA’s favor in accordance with the holding in Petty v. Florida Insurance Guaranty Ass’n, 80 So.3d 313 (Fla. 2012).

REVERSED and REMANDED.
