Elliott v. State
Elliott v. State
Opinion of the Court
We treat this petition for habeas corpus alleging ineffective assistance of appellate counsel as a timely petition under rule 9.141(d) and deny the petition on the merits. The two issues Petitioner contends appellate counsel should have raised on direct appeal are meritless; the trial court properly found that Petitioner waived his right to conflict-free counsel and the trial court did not abuse its discretion in denying the motion for new trial based upon an
DENIED.
