PER CURIAM.

We affirm on the basis of Applegate v. Barnett Bank of Tallahassee, 377 So.2d 1150, 1151-52 (Fla. 1979), and remand with instructions to the trial court to amend the final judgment, which improperly reflects *997that it was entered in accordance with a verdict entered in a jury trial.

Affirmed.
