Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We reverse the award of attorney’s fees against Appellant because the trial court failed to set forth detailed factual findings describing the specific bad faith conduct *711that resulted in the unnecessary incur-rence of attorney’s fees. We remand this cause for further proceedings. See Moakley v. Smallwood, 826 So.2d 221, 227 (Fla. 2002).

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
