PER CURIAM.

The petition is granted and David Tice is hereby afforded belated appeal from the order of the Circuit Court in and for Leon County denying postconviction relief in case numbers 2008 CF 01531A, 2008 CF 03838A, and 2008 CF 04044A. Upon issuance of mandate in this cause, a copy of the opinion will be provided to the clerk of the circuit court who shall treat it as a *541notice of appeal. See Fla. R.App. P. 9.141(c)(6)(D).

PETITION GRANTED.
