PER CURIAM.

The Petitioner has filed an Emergency Motion to Stay Issuance and Service of Subpoenas pending review in this case, arguing that a denial of a stay will cause irreparable harm in the form of disclosure *306of the very things which are the subject of the pending petition. The Respondents do not object and this court agrees.

STAY GRANTED, pending the disposition of Petition.
