Petitioner is granted a belated appeal of the October 10, 2012, order denying defendant’s motion for postconviction relief in Clay County Circuit Court case numbers 10-2010-CF-000745-AXXX-MA and 10-1995-CF-00998-AXXX-MA. Upon issuance of mandate in this cause, a copy of this opinion shall be provided to the clerk of the circuit court for treatment as the *176notice of appeal. Fla. R.App. P. 9.141(c)(6)(D).
